Cottage Cheese Dip with Apples

Serve dip with apple and pear slices. Peanut butter can replace almond butter.

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese2 tablespoons almond butter1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice1-2 teaspoons skim milkapple and pear slices

| Instructions: |
| Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
